- 02Property Revenue Assessment for a flat $95, any size unit, through end of year (normally $195 and up). We visit in person and send a written report.
- 03First look at our referral programs: $500 store credit for owner-to-owner referrals, and a $250 gift card for realtors on qualifying buyer referrals. If you work with vacation rental owners, we make you look good and thank you for it.
