Online estimates and calculators provide approximate pricing only. Final pricing is confirmed after consultation and may vary based on cabin size, location, access, and specific requirements.
Orders & Delivery
- ·A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date
- ·Delivery is available within our 150-mile service radius from Pigeon Forge, TN
- ·Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by product availability
- ·You are responsible for ensuring property access on the scheduled delivery date
Returns & Refunds
Custom orders and installed furnishings are generally non-returnable. Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
